[pymvpa] error with pymvpa tutorial and pymvpa.rc3

in our daily testing of the tutorial such thing doesn't happen, so we
would need to get more detail.

are  you sure you don't have ~/.pymvpa.cfg where you set 

have nibabel = no

what is the output of

mvpa.wtf()

when you run it after 

from tutorial_lib import *

?
