[pymvpa] Is FSL the only choice for preprocessing?

Dear experts,

 

         I’m a Windows user and I’m used to preprocess data by SPM. Now I
want to try PyMVPA, because I’m interested in the machine learning methods.
Then, my question is, should I preprocess data with FSL? Can I use SPM
instead? If I have to use FSL, a lot of time will be spent on installing a
virtual machine, learning to use FSL and so on.

 

         If anyone can prevent me from doing that physical work, he/she will
be appreciated. I really want to save time so that I can concentrate on the
core of PyMVPA. THANK YOU!
