[pymvpa] PyMVPA searchlight command is freezing up

you could indeed... (just h5save into a file, provide complete script
which loads from that file and halts for you, verify that it works ;) ).

My bet is that it is somehow a degenerate data for that particular
searchlight (theoretically you could attach gdb to the running/stalled
process and troubleshoot but it might be a bit too much to ask ;) )

as a workaround -- you could try using SVM from shogun... what is your
system? do you have shogun avail?
