[pymvpa] Error on build step on CentOS

CentOS 6 might work.  I'm on 5 though. and i dont have permisson to 
install git.  only git for some permission reason I dont understand.  
However, I'm on python 2.7.3 so maybe it's an issue between versions.  
thanks, you have been some help.  I did install prce.  is there a way to 
check if it is installed okay.
