[pymvpa] is anyone still using PyMVPA 0.4.x series? we will deprecate it soon

Dear PyMVPA users,

Please let us know if you are still using PyMVPA 0.4.8 or any earlier
version.  That line of development has frozen a while ago and we
recommended everyone to switch to use mvpa2 (instead of mvpa).

We are going to pull it out from (Neuro)Debian distribution(s) unless
someone expresses a strong need to keep it there for some studies to
finalize.  After all it should still be available through the good
old "build from source".
