Ah, I think it got removed from PyMVPA at some point during a cleanup. We
may add it back at some point (@hanke, @yaroptic)?

For now, you can download it from a zip archive ([1],
scripts/rsm_measures.py) part of a submission [2] to the studyforrest
competition [3].
