[pymvpa] trouble importing mvpa2.suite

My computer is already configured to use NeuroDebian repository, so I hoped
to be able to install singularity-container. This is not the case

E: Unable to locate package singularity-container

I did not have problem installing other packages from NeuroDebian though.
