hard to say... lots of stuff is goingon also in preparing dataset... in
general looks ok.
What happens to your error/accuracy if you do not do hyperalignment?
Show it (with hyper, without hyper)

BTW, you could precreate (or just take from the first subj CV) a
dedicated ConfusionMatrix and add (+=) new ones you obtain from each
subject's CV to later display it to get a nice visualization of the
confusions
