This is handled by the fglrx internals for this case (only works with
this discrete amd/intel graphic foo)
I can't test it, but we have got users :-)
From e.g.: ./arch/x86_64/usr/lib64/fglrx/switchlib{GL,glx} it just
renames the files and links. ati/amdconfig does the rest in
/etc/ati/<config> to enable it.

Also amdconfig just manipulates /e/X11/xorg.conf :/
