[Pkg-fglrx-devel] fglrx not working with kernel 3.9

'modprobe fglrx' gives me these lines

checking with 'lsmod | grep fglrx' also confirms the module is loaded

If I now try to start X with 'startx' the computer freezes again.

I also checked with 'aptitude search ~iheader' that all header packages are installed
