I also spammed a few Asian Debian/Ubuntu forums, lists and IRC
channels about it.
Thep (CCed), you might want to write a blog post about it for
planet.debian.org or advertise it on the debian-project and
debconf-discuss lists to let people know about it and get them
interested. Regular posts about organizational progress would be a
good way to keep it in people's minds too.
