Hi,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

I am sorry, but I am not able to read and understand the license. 
Also there is a comment in debian/copyright which says:
  This package is not part of the Debian distribution because the
  upstream had released it under a license that does not allow any
  derivative works.

This doesn't seem to fit into main.
