this should be alright.

It should be reproducible where you found the license. Regarding
including the license texts in the tarball, the SIL license is more
explicit about this in §2, but the Bitstream license just states:

 The above copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice shall be
 included in all copies of one or more of the Font Software typefaces.

I guess it depends on what is regarded as "copy", since the binary .ttf
files themselves have the license texts embedded, but I'd rather go for
sure.
