I think the culprit may be /usr/share/mime/packages/kde.xml, which
contains both of these file types, along with the message:

the mime type there.

I hope this is useful; I'm also seeing this error message. (It
doesn't detract from the sensible request to know the source of the
error in the error message, though.)
