/usr/bin/open now in use through the alternatives system.

Hello, everybody!
I have just added a /usr/bin/open alternative for xdg-open, too. It has
50 priority and will be released soon. Please review, is it okay?

Just a note: xdg-open already supports URLs as its first argument. It
may interpret either local file names or URLs compatible with RFC 3986.
