Package: xdg-utils
Version: 1.1.3-4.1
Followup-For: Bug #855859

Dear Maintainer,

I installed Thunderbird and made it as my default mail program in the
KDE Settings.
In libreoffice, the default emailer is set to sensible-lomua, the
wrapper script which calls xdg-email. xdg-email searches his default
settings in the KDE settings I made before.
When I want to send an email directly in Libreoffice, that one calls
xdg-email which should call thunderbird, but instead I got:
/usr/bin/xdg-email: 599: thunderbird.desktop: not found

This is normal, as thunderbird.destop is not in a directroy of my PATH.

I reported this as an error to the maintainer of libreoffice, but he
said that this is a bug caused by xdg-email.

In fact, I chose thunderbird in the settings of KDE by it's icon, which
is proposed.
When I chose it directly as /bin/thunderbird, I got this error message too.

To get it work, I hardcoded in the xdg-email Script the variable
THUNDERBIRD by "/bin/thunderbird" in line 558.
This works, but is an ugly workaround.

Can you help, please.

Thanx
