As I have said on the 18th, I was expecting people to fill in oppinons
on the ToolsDiscuss page, this (tarballs in SVN) was one of questions.

Is too much trouble filtering out the tarball, but I can make a scipt
to reject commits of orig tarballs, I thought I should postpone until
the tool discission ends, but I could do it faster as I have seen no
real substantial opposition.
