Bug#385189: boson pulls in vorbis-dev

Hello,

It seems that boson in pulling in a -dev package. libvorbis-dev is
pulled in at install time. AFAIK this should not happen and if the only
place where the vorbis lib is present is the dev package, then this bug
should be assigned to that package.
