I disagree.  Especially these kind of servers may be run on remote machines
which don't even have a screen attached to them, and the users will not like
it if they are forced to install the X11 libraries (although they probably
will).  Especially because the dedicated server is so small, it is unwanted to
demand such enourmous chunks of ballast to be installed with it.
