 Group-Address as Maintainer is no problem, though never ever put a
Maintainer address in that requests the user to do some
challenge/response stuff. That is, if we would use this list address in
the Maintainer field, we will have to make this list that everyone can
send there. Everything else isn't really helping.

 About generating a new digital signature, it's not needed. Think of
sponsored packages, sponsors don't generate UIDs on their keys for
sponsorees. And, what I guess is more important, we should be listed in
the Uploaders entry, and the person uploading should finalize the
changelog so it has their name in it.
