That seems sensible. Anyway SVN would be a good idea even if it wasn't a
universal solution for all packages?

Even more, if we offer to help in the development of some libraries like SDL,
SVN could be of great help.

Isaac, you have more experience in SVN for packaging than me, what do you
think?

Another point about svn is that maybe at some point we should start thinking
about how to handle i18n for games and things like that, which might demand
something like that. I'll ask bubulle and the i18n team for advice anyway
when/if that time comes.
