As for the data package, the copyright was discussed on REVU,
http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?upid=2869. The Glest Team was so kind
to change the license to met Debian requirements. As for the game, after
searching "Copyright" with grep (i.e. grep -ri copyright *) the only
owners are M. Figueroa and M. Braun, both using GPL.
