The Bulgarian translator noticed this too but it was never changed!?

Yep. It should vanish once the code is fully ported to specify always
the possible dialog width (such as it does now for the help). If this
message occurs it means that the code assumes that the text can use the
full screen width. This is purely cosmetic.

Oh no!!!! Please report it and try to reproduce it. I never noticed it.
