abuse-lib useful on asus eee 2g / other small systems

There was a note in the abuse-lib package to mail the maintainer if one found it useful.

I've just acquired an Asus Eee 2G Surf, which has a very limited amount of solid state storage on board.  The difference in required size (<6MB vs ~15MB) made installing Abuse with the abuse-lib favorable compared to using the abuse-frabs package.

Thanks for keeping the old package available. ^_^
