NMU proposal

To help out with Squeeze, I propose to do an NMU for ceferino to drop
'cvs' from Build-Depends and specify 'autopoint' instead, closing
#572464 - the same changes as in the patch already in the bug report
by Judit Foglszinger <fgrfgr at freenet.de>. Thanks Judit.

(Those are the only changes I propose, apart from a changelog entry.)

Let me know if someone else in the team would prefer to make the upload
instead. It's been a month since the severity of this bug was bumped,
without an upload being made.

I'd like to make the upload tomorrow but if I don't get a response, I
will wait longer or upload to delayed.
