Hm, perhaps it's better to not translate them then. I thought it would
be better, because with the original names it looks very translated and
not really Dutch. But it is already imperfect, because the names on the
map cannot be translated (they're part of the image) and so village
names must fit them. Similarly "Dink Smallwood", because of his idol
image (and because it's the name of the game, but I would have
translated his last name).

Translating back is easy: I included a list of all translated names at
the start. Just search and replace them all. But make sure to not always
search for first name plus last name. I added last names to the list to
make it easier to understand who I meant.

And I need to look at Blistering Pete; I think I did something more than
just translating to him.

I have no problem at all with that. I sent a copy of my first try to
report this to her as well, but didn't receive a reply either.

Do I need to do anything for this inclusion?

That's easy. Just use "make". :-) I think it is done at package build
time as well, but I'm not sure.
