libclanlib-dev is too old :(

I almost did that work (see

But I didn't find the time to finish reading pkg-games-devel
documentation and upload my work in the project repository.

There still are some unsolved problems:

- the naming of the package does not match sonames, raising a warning in
lintian. It seems hard to solve this problem since creating 16 different
packages (one for each .so) does not seems to be an option.

- This is my first package and I would need some assistance to finish it
properly. Especially for advices on "the debian way of doing clean
things", and some questions on library packaging.

- I was not able to contact previous maintainers.
