How to change tags for an already reported wnpp package ?

Hi all,
 Please CC me if somebody decides to respond.

I have been reporting quite a few games which are in wnpp.

I came to know about the usertags which were discussed in last week's IRC chat.

http://wiki.debian.org/Games/Policy

Now I do know that a mail would need to be sent to control at bugs.debian.org

To take a concrete example, a wnpp bug I created today.

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=631797
with something like

tags 631797 user pkg-games-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org  usertag wnpp

tags 631797 user:pkg-games-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org  usertag:wnpp

I tried both the approaches above but was rejected by control at bugs.debian.org

What am I doing wrong ?
