How to change tags for an already reported wnpp package ?

                  ^__ I've never used usertags, but the manpage of bts
says "users", not "user". You also might find the bts command helpful to
handle bugs in the BTS. You'll find it in the package debscripts, but
AFAIK bts requires a local MTA!
