mame 0.147

Hello Cesare !
I wanted to ask you: what do we miss to release a mame 0.147 package ?

I would like to upload something to experimental, to see how it builds
on non common architectures.

Some remarks:
  * we still generate a mame.ini and mess.ini, but we don't ship that.
Since we already have a /etc/mame/mame.ini and /etc/mess/mess.ini maybe
we could get rid of this.

 * what about moving nplayers and history to a separate source package
in the future ? It looks to me we're overabusing the multiple source
package feature of dpkg (@jordi: is that right ?) as nplayers and
history are not required to build mame.

Besides that, it ties us to the release cycle of nplayers and history,
which come always after mame/mess have been released (We have't been
working that fast but ... :)

 * I have to check if mame still segfaults with this release on i386
when not using -O2 (hopefully not)

* I guess the package compiles fines on arm, but segfaults on at
startup. Unfortunately I have neither the time, skill or hardware to
reproduce/fix this
(see: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=679005)

regards

Manu
