Comments regarding freeorion_0.4.2+svn5771-1_amd64.changes

Hi,

the first paragraph from FreeOrion/default/COPYING should also be included in
d/copyright (above the part beginning with "This includes ...").

Please include a comment where the log4cpp license information comes from.
Upstream should probably just include COPYING which is referenced in the source
files.
