I'm a member of the Debian Games Team and the rest should be aware of
the new package. [1] Foobillard is a team-maintained package and Frank
Gevaerts was the last and only uploader. I asked Frank if he was
interested in maintaining Foobillardplus but received no reply. [2]

In short: There is no one besides me who feels responsible for
Foobillard/Foobillardplus at the moment but I intend to maintain the
game within the Debian Games Team.
