I believe it would be better if KDE implemented the ActionGame submenu
instead. The main category "Game" must be supported by desktop
environments but the additional category "ActionGame" _can_ be used. If
I add an additional category to marsshooter I would simply workaround a
current limitation in KDE which also might be intentional.

But it does show up under "Games", so one might argue it works as
expected and intended by the KDE maintainers.
