Need to upgrade performous, care if I do?

I have no objections whatsoever. Every contribution that improves a
package will always be greatly appreciated by me.

It was a bit unfortunate how I had to create the upstream tarball. It
was only necessary in the first place because I wanted to fix an RC bug
with Boost 1.67 (#914061), otherwise the package would have not migrated
to testing.

I usually write a get-orig-source target for such special cases but it
would be much better, if we could just package upstream releases
(tarballs) as usual. I guess this should be discussed with upstream as
well because they rarely provide a new release and a lot of things have
changed since the last stable version.
