Bug#967118: 0ad: Unversioned Python removal in sid/bullseye

I tried to rebuild 0ad without python installed.
The build fails with:

Building SpiderMonkey...
SpiderMonkey build options: --enable-shared-js --disable-tests --without-intl-api

checking for python2.7... no
checking for python... no

This is with SpiderMonkey from mozjs-38.2.1.
The problem should be solved when 0ad will support a more recent version
of SpiderMonkey.
The problem is already knwon upstream.
