Bug#967118: 0ad: Unversioned Python removal in sid/bullseye

Note that "unversioned Python removal" is not the same as "Python 2
removal". At this point it seems likely that Python 2 will remain in
the Debian archive for bullseye, but with a drastically reduced number
of third-party modules, and only under the names "python2" and "python2.7"
(not "python").

Changing the Build-Depends from python to python2 would probably solve
this. The release-critical bug #967118 can be closed at that time,
leaving non-RC bug #936101 open.

Dropping the dependency on Python 2 completely is a separate bug,
#936101, which will need upstream work (whether that's done by 0ad's
Debian maintainers or by other upstream contributors). I've marked
that bug as forwarded based on the information you provided.
