So, there is no really need to use it?
Previous versions (<7.2.1) are configured with libctmalloc
(--enable-tcmalloc) and was build fine, currently I have disabled this
to just be able to start a build.

That's what I've done now. :)

Right now we figured out that we have to rebuild libvmime first due the
libstdc++ transition currently running inside Debian. :-/
