I just rebuilt your latest version of both ZCP and webapp, and was able to login with webapp! :-)

a great moment - thanks again for your efforts!

I also only got a white screen at first without any errors, but jelle quickly figured out that PEAR/json.php is stripped out, and there's some mismatch with how webapp is currently configured. after copying it manually into /usr/share/zarafa-webapp/server from the original tarball, it works..

we probably want to enable better error reporting by default (as we for some reason seem to disable much of that). jelle will probably follow up on this.
