I did not see the exact same errors as you do, but it's worth a shot.

This would be caused by switching to dh compat level 9 which uses
multiarch paths by default and will introduce lots of skew (tried to
enable that already some time back). My recommendation would be to stick
to dh compat level 9 for the time being and resolv the other remaining
issues first since having zcp multiarch capable wouldn't gain us that
much for a leaf package.
