As far as I can see all three files are modified by Zarafa to remove
PEAR inclusion. The rest of the files seems to be equal to the current
files from php-mail package (as they also newer than the used one by
Zarafa). If you can check this and see the functionality is the same
than you can remove/not install the upstream files and depend the z-push
package on the package php-mail and do some linking from php-mail. By
this you will also get a automatic dependency on sendmail which probably
needs to be added otherwise to the respective z-push package.

If the usage of files from php-mail is possible we remove the files from
the source tarball we also need to rename the source to "*+dfsg".

The best would be if upstream could use some non problematic files.
