yes, the files are provided by email from Ivo Timmermans to Christian
Leutloff explicit under AGPL3 and GPL3 and Guido committed the patch in
2011.
So both, Ivo and Christian, has to appended to the list of contributers
and the license for debian/* should be also expanded to AGPL3 + GPL3.

The commit can be reviewed in the WebUI
