[Pkg-giraffe-maintainers] current work based on branch debian/7.1/sid

Hi,

I have done some more rework on the branch debian/7.1/sid and put it
into a branch 4debian/7.1/sid on my github repository [1].

This branch contains the patch about not building the giraffe-dev
package if the changelog contains a release 'UNRELEASED' and also the
previous posted patch about adding the missed copyright infos for the
directory 'debian/'.

The rest of the work is about decreasing the warnings and error messages
from lintian. Lintian is now showing lower warning messages and no more
errors if the next import removes the files

  php-webclient-ajax/client/widgets/swfupload/swfupload.swf
  php-webclient-ajax/client/widgets/fckeditor/fckeditor.js

or as Guido mentions the base branch is a dfsg-clean branch.

Please look critical about and give me feedback if something isn't
correct or should be done better.
