I pushed my rebased branch.

But the fckeditor could become a little bit difficult.
The package was removed from testing on 05/13/2014 [1] do no source
files available! And the missed source is exact the same as lintian is
error out on giraffe.
So we become a circular dependency. The package fckeditor is still
available in sid but is also deprecated and outdated (2.6.6 vs. ckeditor
4.3.5 upstream [2]). As far as I have comparing the current version
ckeditor against the version in sid there a lot of changes and it looks
like there is nothing the same.

I'm definitely no JS enthusiast and have no clue how to improve the
situation and use the ckeditor package instead of fckeditor, otherwise
use the fckeditor from upstream and place giraffe as non-free is also no
smart solution.

It would be great if upstream could switch to ckeditor ...
