[Pkg-giraffe-maintainers] Fix for X-push sync problems with MariaDB

Hi colleagues!

the attached patch fixes (for me, at least) the Z-push sync problem that is  
reported at Debian bug 939751 [1] and which is discussed in the forum at [2].

The patch is for Kopano 8.7.0, since that is the version from Debian buster.  
However, because the problem is also reported with the official kopanocore  
packages and with the latest version as well I do hope that you will give  
this some attention. The patch might not be the proper solution (it might  
just ensure we don't hit some sort of limit) but it has the advantage of  
being really simple.
