[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#618478: imagemagick: cannot convert to SVG without librsvg-bin

When trying to convert an SVG file to a PNG, the following happens:

When installing librsvg-bin, everything works fine.  ImageMagick does not
recommend or suggest librsvg-bin, so maybe it should?
