  I'm unsure that's a good idea, for two reasons:

  * first, display isn't a good SVG viewer, because it does not care
about the vectorial nature of SVGs
  * second, it only displays SVG files if libmagickcore5-extra is
installed (which is only a recommended package), so it may lead to
installations where the mailcap points to a program actually unable to
read the file.
