[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#990757: imagemagick-6-common: Typo in policy.xml causes next policy line to be ignored

Dear Maintainer,

While adjusting /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml after upgrading to
8:6.9.11.60+dfsg-1.3 I noticed that the line:

<!-- <policy domain="cache" name="shared-secret" value="passphrase" stealth="true"/> -->

has been changed to...

<!-- <policy domain="cache" name="shared-secret" value="passphrase" stealth="true"/>

Note that the closing XML comment string "-->" has been lost from the end of
the line. It was present in the version I had previously installed.

Presumably this is an accidental mistake. It causes the following lines to
be ignored until the closing of the next commented line. In the distributed
version the next line is commented, so there is no actual impact but it
could cause problems if people do not notice.
