No Build-Depends is needed. It is a single package that only provides
translated help. Each translation is placed into a separate binary
package. New translations were added with this release which means we
either need to add new binary packages to contain those files or
temporarily ignore the additional files that don't fit into any of the
existing binary packages.
I was careless and didn't do a test build first. The build takes hours
because it can't parallel build, for safety
