Yes, I'll probably close this bug report, we doesn't support gnome1.4
desktop anymore now.  And I think it's not possible to mix gnome1.4 and
2.4 without having any problem ... nautilus2 need perhaps the gnome2
control-center for this sort of stuffs ...

Gnome 2.4 works pretty well. Which functionnalities are you mainly
missing in Gnome2 ?
