Hi,
To reproduce:
- start Eterm borderless: Eterm -x
- start another app for example eog
- drag eog over Eterm, eog is on top of the terminal
- Give the Eterm focus and drag it around, eog stays on top of Eterm
This worked fine with the gnome 2.2 version of metacity.

Hi,
This behaviour seems to be due to the "sloppy" focus mode. Have you
tried to set the auto raise to true in the metacity config ? I'm not
sure that's a bug ...
